The National Hockey Association of Canada was a major men's professional ice hockey league in Canada. The league was founded in 1910 with five teams. The league folded after the 1916-17 season as four of its six teams founded the National Hockey League, with the fifth joining at a later date and with new ownership for the Toronto Blueshirts (with the former owner attempting to stay in the older league but leasing his players to the newer as the league did not play).

KEY: BLUE = Franchise at Time of Folding. GRAY = No Games.
